We support PNG, JPG, and JPEG for images. High-contrast artwork (e.g. black and white or clear line art) works best. SVG may be supported in the customizer for scalable graphics.
No. We use laser engraving only. The laser etches your design into the wood surface with precision and consistency, without the variability of hand wood burning.
Yes. Customizable spoon products use the same image upload and placement flow as cutting boards and charcuterie boards. Choose "Customize & Add to Cart" on the product page to upload your design and position it on the preview.
After you place your order, we typically engrave and ship within 5–7 business days. You'll receive tracking once your order ships. We can also arrange local pickup for San Diego.
Wood grain can cause slight variation in the final engraving. We recommend high-contrast designs for the best result. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll work with you to make it right.
We offer flat rate shipping at $14.95. Orders of $75 or more ship free. We can also arrange local pickup in San Diego.
If your order arrives damaged, we will replace it. Because each item is custom made, returns are only accepted for defects or production errors. If something is not right, contact us and we will work to make it right.
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.
